Anne-Lise Wall

Senior Mediator

Anne-Lise is a senior mediator accredited with the Family Mediators Association and the Family Mediation Council. She practiced as a family lawyer for over 30 years maintaining her mediation practice throughout. She was one of the first family lawyers to train as a mediator in the early 1990’s. Anne-Lise’s career as a Family Lawyer led her to believe strongly that the pain and distress of the divorce court could be avoided using the mediation process. By talking in a calm, supported and structured way, couples can resolve difficult issues relating to parenting their children, or dealing with their finances following separation or divorce, in such a way that they retain control. Anne-Lise has mediated very many cases in this way with great success.

Thanks Rose for your hours of hard work, patience, clear mindedness, goal sightedness, impeccable neutrality and personableness throughout the process. It’s fair to say that we would have never been able to arrive at such a quality solution, which took into account all our wants and idiosyncrasies, had we been left to our own devices without your help and that of the Cheltenham Mediation Service.

Your first contact is likely to be with one of two assistants, Lynda Taylor or Georgina FitzGerald , who look after the day to day conduct of your file. Both will be able to assist you with any queries regarding the process of mediation.

Lynda joined us in April 2023 after gaining extensive administration experience in the private and public sector.

Georgina joined us in June 2019, having spent most of her career working as solicitor specialising in family law.
