We are trusted family mediation specialists based in Cheltenham and working across Gloucestershire, and nationally, helping people to find common ground and resolve conflicts, make changes and open up new possibilities. Our mediators help families and individuals to make new beginnings and create better futures. Most of our mediators formerly worked as family lawyers.
We offer mediation services aimed at helping individuals, upon separation and divorce, resolve conflict and avoid the damaging and costly effects of litigation.
We are also child inclusive mediators who can meet with your children, with both parents consent, so that their voices can be heard, if you feel it would assist.
We are able to assist by having meetings in person at our office in Cheltenham or remotely by zoom. Distance is therefore not an obstacle to assisting you resolve conflict and issues.
Legal aid is available subject to formal assessment.
We are Cheltenham’s longest serving office based family mediation service, established in 2007.
